These terms cover your use of ContactPulseAi. By creating an account, you agree to them.

What ContactPulseAi does

ContactPulseAi lets you know when contacts you follow post publicly on LinkedIn or X, or appear in the news or on their company's website. Each alert includes a short summary, a link to the original, and suggested replies. You can also set optional outreach reminders.

Plans and payment

Your first 5 contacts are free. Paid plans and their prices are listed under Pricing on our home page. Buy opens an email to support@pulse.lullabiome.com, and we'll set up your plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in My account or by emailing support@pulse.lullabiome.com. If you move to a plan with fewer contacts, the contacts beyond its limit are paused, not deleted.

Where the information comes from

We track public LinkedIn posts through a third-party data provider. Some posts may occasionally be delayed or missed.

X posts come from X's official API, and news comes from public news sources and company websites. We check for new activity about every 2 hours, and we only use information that has been made public.

AI summaries and suggested replies

Summaries and suggested replies are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Always read the original post and review a reply before you send it. You're responsible for anything you post or send.

Texts and emails

If you turn on texts, you agree to receive automated alerts and reminders from ContactPulseAi at the number you give us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can switch texts and emails off any time in My account.

Using ContactPulseAi responsibly

Use ContactPulseAi only to keep up with people you have, or want, a genuine business relationship with. Don't use it to harass, stalk or intimidate anyone. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

No guarantee

ContactPulseAi is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise that every post will be found or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed or late alerts, or for decisions made based on them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
