This Privacy Policy explains how LullaBiome ("LullaBiome," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit lullabiome.com (the "Site"). We keep this deliberately short and plain. If anything here is unclear, email hello@lullabiome.com.
The short version
LullaBiome does not currently sell any products. Today the Site is informational, and the only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us — primarily your email address, if you join our list. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Email address — only if you submit it through a newsletter or "get updates" form, so we can send you launch news and updates you asked for.
- Messages you send us — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
- Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To send you the updates or information you requested.
- To respond to your messages.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Site and our mailing list — for example, our website host and our email/newsletter provider. These providers process information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments.

To make a request, email hello@lullabiome.com and we'll honor it as required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed, and remove it after you unsubscribe (aside from what's needed to honor your opt-out). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to address it.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as LullaBiome grows — for instance, when we begin selling products and introduce a checkout. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let subscribers know.
